Its helps company to create Asset with QR Scan code with Location and allocate parts for the required Asset. so when Consumer/ User sees any problem with the Asset/ Equipment, He can just book the request by scanning the QR Scan code to regester his call for support. with that a support request and approval by supervisior or admin, work order is generated and service request goes to the desiginated Service Engineeer in that area. service engineer based on that can plan his service route plan and that can be real time tracked by the admin or Supervisiors. There are different modules for Service Engineeers, Contractors, Supervisiors and admin of the company. The android app for mobiles and tablets makes Service data transactions easy while on move. Service Engineeers can accept Service call, payment collection and submit daily activity including Service visits with their current locations, they can also browse parts catalog, service route plan, visit plan and Customer ledger. Admin can manage all master data and generate custom Service reports and Service Engineeers's daily activity report.
