How does AMS work

AMS comprises two parts web admin and android app for mobile and tablets. Admin can manage product catalog, pricelists, branches, users, dealers, distributors, beat route plan of sales staff and can generate various sales report of custom time period, users' daily activity report with their location and time whereas users can access all data and feed orders, payment collections, dealer visits and access order history.


Manage product catalog by product category and sub-category. Admin can add and edit products, dealer prices and MRP. Users can access product catalog on their mobile/tablet using AMS mobile app.

Manage multiple pricelists for different branches or states of your organization. Users of different branches/states will get prices of different pricelists assigned to that particular branch/state.

Route is daily dealer visit plan of a user. Admin can manage routes of branches and dealers of routes. Sales person will get the list of routes and dealers on their mobile/tablet those are assigned to them. Users can get an easy view of dealers according to day of the week.

Manage sales target of employees and generate sales report. Users can access their sales target on mobile/tablet.

Users (sales reps/dealer/distributor) can send payment collection with geo-location from mobile/tablet even when there is no internet connection. Offline entries are saved in dcsm application and users can submit all orders when they are connected to internet.

Users (sales reps/dealer/distributor) can access dealer party ledger on mobile/tablet.

Admin can generate daily activity report of employees and view on map. daily activity reports are generated from order booking, payment collection and daily dealer visit of sales reps submitted from mobile with their geo location.

Manage product schemes. users can access updated schemes on their mobile/tablet.

Admin can manage users of all branches. Users can Log in with their userid and password provided by admin. Users can access Product Catalog, Schemes, List of Dealers, Distributor's Inventory Status, Invoices, Payments, Orders Report, Party Ledger and can Book Orders and update payments status from their mobile/tablet using DCSM mobile app.

Manage distributors of each branch and their sales reports. Admin can manage distributors and their inventories. As well as distributor can also manage their own inventories.

Users (sales reps/dealer/distributor/promoter) can book order from mobile/tablet even when there is no internet connection. Offline orders are saved in native dcsm application and users can submit all orders when they are connected to internet.

Users (sales reps) can enter dealer visits with geo-location from mobile/tablet even when there is no internet connection. Offline entries are saved in dcsm application and users can submit all orders when they are connected to internet.

Users (sales reps/distributo) can add new dealers and book orders from new dealers which will be updated on server on real time basis.

Admin can generate various sales and summary reports and charts. The report section includes order report, invoice, payments, ledger and summary reports of dealers, employees and also primary sales report e.g. current financial year, past financial year, this month,last month, this week, last week or any custom period of time.
